Terms of Service

Veyro provides software for dispatch, fleet and driver records, documents, settlements, payroll, tax reporting and analytics. Features available to a company depend on its subscription plan.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• Workspace administrators control roles and access for their company's users.
• You must keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

Plans renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until canceled. Paid access activates only after a verified payment confirmation from our payment provider. Trials convert to a paid plan only after a successful payment.

Cancellations and plan changes take effect as described on the Subscription & Billing page. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded except where required by law.

• Do not upload unlawful content or data you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to access another company's workspace or interfere with the platform.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without a written partnership agreement.

You own the records you enter. We process them to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable trucking, employment, payroll and tax regulations for the data you store.

We work to keep the platform available and to answer support requests promptly. Maintenance windows and current status are published on the System Status page.

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Veyro is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice, and reporting figures should be reviewed before filing.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the workspace before they take effect.
